We've Been Where You Are...
In 1993, we entered the real estate industry $600,000 in debt after a failed restaurant business.
Our first year we made just $3,000 gross commission income. That was real gross! What felt like gradually then suddenly, we started to gain more success as we flew across the country, learning from top agents at different real estate conferences. We began building a successful real estate team in Texas. And we would go on to become one of the original top real estate teams in the country interviewed for The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book.
A few years later, we would be one of the first teams in the country to "7th Level," scaling our business to the point where we could replace ourselves completely out of production and went on to build other businesses while our team continued to run day-to-day without us actively selling. Our real estate team would go from our only source of income to one of many, and we eventually sold the team for 7 figures.
Fast forward to today. We have built a family-run real estate business empire, which has grown our net worth to over $100 million and given us the freedom to work because we want to, not because we have to.
Our success wasn't easy, in fact we failed many times over, yet thanks to our mentors we went on a journey and found success in the real estate business. Along the way we realized we had to master how to create success through people (aka TALENT). Our family now teaches entrepreneurs how to create freedom and margin in their lives and business for what matters most.
